Appearance, Function and Applications

Fits on to Varilight's Grid Dimmers, and others, to create versatility without wastage, are available in Black or White

There are over 200 'Power Grid Switch and Dimmer Modules' and 170+ Grid Faceplates across multiple finishes and plate styles, enabling you to create countless combinations to produce tailor-made wiring accessories for specific projects. The Dimension, Classic and Urban PowerGrid Plate employs mini fixing screws but will still complement their existing ranges. There are also Screwless PowerGrid plates, so fit perfectly next to the Dimension Screwless ranges. Regarding the Screwless Style of PowerGrid, simply add the modules to the frame, and screw to the wall box, then clip the cover plate on to the frames. The PowerGrid range creates one hugely expanded assortment of PowerGrid switch modules are available as 10AX 2-way and 20AX with 2-way and 1-way configurations, single and double pole, inluding engraved modules of various common appliance types, and we can also create bespoke engravings too (please allow 3 weeks for bespoke engravings). We also offer switches, incorporating neons, intermediate switches, key switches, 2-way and on/off retractive switches, 13A fuse holders, 16A flex outlets and green, amber and red neon indicator modules, blanking modules and a large selection of multi-purpose 2-way dimmer modules for Halogen, Incandescent, CFL and LED lamps.

Power Grid plates are available with 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 12 gang faceplates. There are four different grid frames (substrates/yolks/nests) as 1, 2, 3 or 4 gang, in the PowerGrid range, which hold the inserts in place in the plates. For example, if buying an 8 gang plate the configuration will be 2 x 4 gang, 9 gang plate: 3 x 3 gang...etc. The grid frames are included with the plates, to take the headache out of thinking what you require

Cleaning

This product can be easily cleaned with a soft dry micro-fibre cloth. Never apply masking tape or other similar tape to the product. Avoid the use of any cleaning chemicals as the visible insert housings may tarnish. Unfortunately, if these Instructions are not followed, and the Grid Adaptor is damaged, it will void the product warranty.
